SCHEDULE, SAFETY & MORE
IN STUDIO w/ masks
At this time, Thursday's afternoon class is the only weekly yoga class open to the public. Please stay tuned for a poll regarding the addition of another weekday class to the schedule by signing up for Ashley's e-newsletters at the bottom of this web page.
Private yoga sessions and small group classes with Ashley are also available upon request. If you and your group are interested in getting together for a yoga class or private moon circle, please contact her. Thank you.
Pre-registration is required for all yoga classes to ensure at least six feet of social distancing. Pre-registration closes two hours before class, and a minimum of three students is required for class to be held.
As of July 27th, 2021, the CDC recommends that fully vaccinated people wear face masks while indoors in areas of substantial or high transmission. Unfortunately, Essex county is now considered an area of substantial transmission. In compliance with CDC regulations, Ride the Wave Yoga LLC recommends that fully vaccinated members wear face masks during class. Ashley provides comfortable masks at the studio should you desire one.
Please bring your own props if you have them. Mats and props are provided at the studio and should be sanitized after use with the sanitizing products provided.
Entry and exit at the studio is via the back door which is located via the alleyway along the right side of the building. Weather permitting, windows and the screen door will remain open during class to help circulate fresh air, and a quiet floor fan will circulate fresh air in from the outside.
