  • Where can I purchase a gift card?
    You may purchase a gift certificate for yoga classes, events and astrology readings either in person or online through the website. Choose your desired amount and provide the recipient's information. If you prefer to purchase in person, simply email Ashley with your request and she will create a personalized gift certificate to hand-deliver or email to you. Whether it's for a special occasion, a birthday, or simply to show someone you care, a gift certificate for services with Ashley is the perfect way to share the gift of wellness and spirituality with your loved ones.
  • What do I need to bring to class?
    You may like to bring a couple of essential items to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, and a water bottle. Additionally, wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for ease of movement, and dress in layers. If you have your own yoga props such as blocks or straps, feel free to bring those along as well. Ashley provides extra yoga mats as well as plenty of yoga props such as bolsters, blocks, blankets, straps and chairs. To preserve a peaceful and inviting space, please silence your cell phone and enter the studio with an open mind and heart.
  • Do I need to register for classes?
    Yes, all students are required to register for classes at Ride the Wave Yoga. This allows Ashley to maintain a comfortable class size and guarantees you your spot in that class. Registration also allows for communication of any last-minute changes or updates to the class, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for all. You can easily register for classes by navigating to "Classes > Book" or by contacting Ashley directly. From there you will have the option register by either paying online or in person for a drop-in session, or to purchase/ use a class pass.

    Yes, Ashley's gentle and restorative yoga classes are suitable for individuals of all experience levels, including beginners. She strives to create a welcoming and inclusive community to support and guide beginners in their yoga journey, helping them feel comfortable and confident on the mat. Whether you're brand new to yoga or returning after a break, Ashley's classes provide a nurturing space for you to explore and develop your practice at your own pace.
